Minimum of two references from unbiased sources, including at least one landlord reference (preferably present and previous landlord/agent) and an emergency contact number. Maximum of two people per bedroom. No pets of any kind are allowed unless authorized by the landlord. A pet deposit will be required (half of the month’s rent.) Each applicant must sign the rental application before it is processed. Most properties require a one year lease. TENANCY WILL BE DENIED if you misrepresent any information on the application. If misrepresentations are found after the rental agreement is signed, your rental agreement will be terminated. This is to advise that, I the undersigned hereby authorize the agent to whom my application has been submitted to obtain a consumer credit report and to make any other inquiries as deemed necessary in determining eligibility for tenancy and assessing credit worthiness.
